His 75 is built for accountability, not surveillance. We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising, or use your app activity to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
1. Who we are
His 75 is operated by Frederick James Dev Limited (company number 17198937). We are the controller of personal data described in this policy. Contact us at freya@frederickjames.net.
This policy covers the His 75 iOS app, this website and support communications. It explains what we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
2. Data we collect
Information you provide
- Profile and challenge data: your name, age, goals, selected challenge, daily tasks, start date and optional profile details such as a photo, city, bio, interests, social handles and activities.
- Progress data: task completions, habit logs, challenge history and optional proof photos.
- Social content: friend and tribe connections, messages, invitations, blocks, reports and content you choose to share with other users.
- Support data: your email address and anything you include when contacting us.
Information collected automatically
- App and device data: a randomly generated installation identifier, platform, app version and basic technical logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
- Subscription data: an anonymous subscriber identifier, product, entitlement and transaction status supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Network data: service providers may process IP addresses and request metadata when your device connects to the app or website.
Device permissions
With your permission, the app can access the camera and photo library so you can add profile or proof photos. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings. His 75 does not request precise device-location access; any city-based location you add is chosen by you.
Website data
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, including IP address, browser type, requested page and time, for delivery, reliability and security.
3. How and why we use data
Image moderation may automatically flag or reject an upload that appears unsafe or prohibited. It does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You can ask us to review a moderation issue by email.
5. How long we keep data
- Profile, challenge, social and progress records are generally kept while your account is active and removed when you use the in-app Delete Account control, subject to short operational backup periods or records we must retain by law.
- Remote proof/challenge images are configured for automatic deletion after approximately 24 hours. Profile images remain until replaced or your account is deleted. Copies stored locally on your device remain until you remove them or clear the app’s data.
- Moderation results, reports and security records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
- Support correspondence and transaction records are kept only as long as needed for support, accounting, tax, dispute and compliance purposes.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. Provider-held backups may take additional time to cycle out securely.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encrypted network connections, restricted service credentials, private image storage and time-limited upload/download links. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can edit profile information in the app, control camera and photo access in iOS Settings, manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple, and delete app account data from Profile → Delete Account.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify your request.
If you are in the UK, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you are elsewhere, you may contact your local data protection authority.
8. Age limit
His 75 is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, providers or law changes. We will publish the revised date here and, where a change is material, provide an appropriate notice in the app or through another reasonable channel.
